Guy Reynolds
Founder/ Director
Guy honed his career in Recruitment, Talent and HR for over 25 years in both in Australia and UK, working for complex listed global entities in addition to smaller boutique organisations.
He managed multiple regional offices for Manpower UK before moving to a HR consultancy specialising in sourcing HR and L&D professionals for FTSE 100 companies across UK and Europe.
Moving to Sydney, he led a successful Financial Accounting recruitment practice (the appeal of the oncoming Sydney Olympics and leaving another grey UK summer was appealing!) for almost 4 years in the competitive Financial Services market.
Since 2005 he has managed internal HR Talent functions for large financial institutions, legal, technology and consulting businesses across Australia and NZ.
He has extensive experience coaching, advising and equipping leadership to overcome a wide variety of Talent and Recruitment challenges.
His expertise includes delivering innovative solutions to resolve talent challenges in a broad variety of scenarios.
These include acquiring and retaining talent through business acquisitions and mergers, accelerated business growth, managing high attrition, configuring new ATS systems, redeployment, training and coaching leadership, rebrands, Executive and business restructures, EVP, implementing recruitment strategies, early careers, return to work and diversity programs.
He passionately believes attracting, retaining and developing talent is the lifeforce for any business success, and enjoys removing barriers that hinder creating a diverse and equitable recruitment experience.
Outside of all things recruitment and talent Guy spends his time with his family, loves travelling, motorcycling, reading, walking his 2 crazy dogs, cycling and still tries to play soccer (albeit slowly) in the hope that Leeds United may finally relent and give him a jersey.
He holds a BA Hons Degree in Politics & Psychology from Loughborough University UK, is originally from Yorkshire but has called Sydney home since 2000.
