Finance Manager

This established and highly regarded NFP is seeking a dynamic Head of Finance and Corporate Services to join their leadership team.


Reporting to the COO this newly created role is responsible for leadership across all aspects of their Finance function, including forecasting, financial reporting (Board and regulatory change), budgeting, financial control and establishing strong internal control and principles. 


You will also be confident partnering with external bodies including ATO, ASIC, Australian Charities & Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and ensuring reporting adheres to the highest standard.


Leadership of a small team within Corporate Service is also required, so passion for, development and empowering others is also essential.


Your experience will be from a value driven organisation where purpose, respect and excellence are just as important as sound technical financial guidance.


A confident communicator and influencer, your will thrive in complex, evolving organisations and be able to implement change with respect and take stakeholders on the success journey.


A Commerce/ Accounting related degree, CA, CPA or IPA combined with extensive Finance experience (ideally from NFP/ Education/ Arts) is required.

Our client is a well-established, growth orientated, Financial Services entity operating in over 10 countries and employing over 1,000 employees globally.


They are trusted partners with investors and stockbrokers providing expertise, advice and tech support to enable over 22 million online trades annually.


Due to business growth in ANZ our client is now seeking to recruit an outstanding Contact Centre Trainer/ L&D Consultant to create, deliver and develop compelling training programmes for their financial contact centre employees.


Partnering with the Head of L&D and Head of Client Services your market insights and passion for delivering exceptional and compelling training programs will enhance both their employee engagement and client experience. 


It essential you have experience and knowledge working in fast moving contact centres, ability to create and deliver compelling training content and be confident influencing senior leadership using insights to deliver and measure training outcomes aligned to the business values and strategy.


To be considered you will have relevant experience gained from a contact/ service centre environment (strong preference for Fin Services), Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and experience creating, delivering and measuring adult learning programs (both technical and behavioural outcomes). 


A keen eye for process improvement, innovation, strong problem-solving skills and outstanding presentation and communication skills are also required.

Marketing Manager

This leading NFP, with over 450 members across Australia, are now seeking to an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join their busy, proactive and innovative team.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications you will have experience creating, leading and evaluating multi-channel campaigns (including conferences, events, digital and social) and be confident delivering insights to ensure the organisation achieves its goals and maintain brand values.

 

You will be comfortable working ‘hands on’ as well strategically and have discipline and business acumen managing budgets on various marketing campaigns.


The portfolio is fast moving and has multiple deliverables (internal and external stakeholders), so highly tuned prioritisation skills are important. 


An ability to grasp concepts quickly, an eye for process improvement and great team working skills are also required.


Combined with your Marketing experience will be your passion to continually improve inclusivity for people with disability.
